Thread: Really looking forward to the rockets game tonight

Anderson is basically a better rebounding Peja (or maybe he gets more rebounds since he plays PF, so he generally guards players closer to the rim). Definitely need that, especially on this team when there aren't many good shooters.

Also for this game, Davis had 6 rebounds in the first quarter. 2 since.

Im not worried about this performance, or any thus far. It's pretty obvious that everyone is being asked to play outside of their comfort zone, so I can't really worry. I think Monty is so focused on creating a truly unorthodox lineup this season, that he is testing every skill to tweak lineups in some of the most unusual ways, using players as specialists and mismatches rather than a concrete lineup made of who fits what typical mold te best.

this team will be fun to watch and root for, but there is nothing more true than us needing a healthy and effective Eric Gordon...

Livingston is 6'11" now? To be 4 inches taller than Darius Miller.

Good defensive play by Anderson. This is my first time seeing him in a Hornets uniform and he's not disappointing.

He must've hit the rookie wall already. And it's just preseason.

These announcers are just...crap. But I can't stand watching the game muted cuz I gotta hear the crowd, the swish of the net. And the radio feeds are either ahead or behind by a couple seconds.

Vasquez with more TOs than Lin? Are you kidding me?

Davis gonna be the only one on the team playing 38 minutes in a preseason game.

Davis definitely doesn't mind getting on the floor for a loose ball.

Nobody's going to question his motor.

Yeah. I could see some fatigue in his body language, but he still got to his spots to set screens. Benefits of being 19, I guess.

I know its only preseason but does anybody think that Gravy is just garbage. Turnover after turnover, preseason is a chance to work ur way out the rotation i think he is lucky that guard play is not cutting it

Next game is going to be an emotional one. It's going to be hard to see New Orleans Basketball biggest star in a Heat uniform. Rashard we still love you.
