Act like a hurricane just tore through the area or something. Hot damn.
"I don't know if people know — I dislocated my pinkie finger. And [Tyreke] told me, 'You wanna go home or you wanna be here?' I want to be here. And he said, 'All right, then go tape it up and let's play. Let's go. We not stoppin' at no stores. Straight gas. That's what we do, just keep going.'"

CP3 lives in LaPlace and that place is experiencing massive flooding.

Ah **** I didn't know that. We got some Fam from Laplace staying with us now
That's terrible news. Thoughts and prayers are with ya cp
Yeah like I mentioned a few days ago, we evacuated about 6:30 Wednesday night (?) because of rising water. We went BACK to my neighborhood about 11 that night because my dads friend refused to leave his house, water was about 4.5 feet i would think. Came home the next morning and were extremely lucky, my house is built with two small step ups that probably raise the house a few inches, and the water got up to our front door but luckily did not get into my house. Only got a little in the garage. My house is the second highest in the neighborhood, so obviously others in my neighborhood werent so lucky. When we got home that morning the water in the street was slightly up past my knees, and I am about 6'2. Majority of Laplace is/was under water. Lots of friends lived in the 51/river Forrest areas and lost everything.
Anyways, hope everyone else made out alright. I just got cabl, Internet, phone back so I'll try and get this in tonight since everyone posted their dc.
This kind of thing always puts things in perspective and unfortunately we've all had our fair share of perspective. Take your time, if u can get it done great if not, we understand.
Oh no, everything is good on my end. Water went down and we got the entire yard cleaned, me and my dad just got the fence back up today. Now my mom is gathering clothes from people around Laplace to give to others who lost everything.
Glad to hear you're okay, man.
