HoopsHype says Warrick's deal doesn't expire till the 2013-2014 season?
New Orleans Pelicans-Seattle Seahawks-Atlanta Braves-Anaheim Ducks

Hoopshype is wrong.

So tell us 42 how this trade is legal if its unchange.
YES!
Don't overlook this deal Hornets fans. Legit 7'0 are hard to find. Lopez will be a perfect fit for this team, and will take pressure off of Davis.
The core of BIGS is outstanding!
Ryan Anderson, Anthony Davis, Hakim Warrick, Jason Smith, Robin Lopez, Lance Thomas. I can't think of another team with a better group of big men. Long, athletic, shooters, rebounders, defenders, hustlers, high ball IQs.
Just was on the Suns blog and they just hate the changes in the trade with the extra cash going out the 2nd round pick. Here is a quote:
"The loser in this trade is Phx. Hornets lost nothing at all, while Min might lose a #1 to get rid of Johnson’s contract. We are paying NO 3mil and buying out Miller (0.8mil) as well as giving Min a #2 pick. NO gave away NOTHING at all, instead, they got a talent in Lopez while we give em money to pay Warrick (who they might turn into an asset later). This is yet another trade where we get bullied."
I LOVE IT!!!
I kinda like the deal, i don't expect too much from Lopez, but he is ok.. and 3 years 15 mio is good too
Anybody know if Demps is interested in roberts or are we lookin for anybody in particular?
The 2012-13 New Orleans Hornets are looking good on paper, haha.
PG Vasquez, Rivers,
SG Gordon, Henry,
SF Aminu, Miller,
PF Davis, Anderson, Warrick, Thomas
C Lopez, Smith
Wonder if the Hornets will add a guard like Willie Green to finish up the 13 man roster.
This trade is different because now Phoenix is send $3 mil cash and a 2nd rd pick out while also taking on Dyson's contract (which they will waive soon afterwards)
Would still like to take a chance on C Greg Oden at the vet minimum if he is serious about coming back this year.
Guy in the other thread said suns would waive dyson. Maybe we resign him in a few weeks? What's the waiting period?

Ryan Anderson is starting on Oct. 31.
He will not be Davis's backup.
