    I did a google search and the top 2 that came up in NOLA were Swan River Yoga and Wild Lotus Yoga. I have no idea though. I don't even know if I personally know anyone that does yoga in order to ask them. LOL.

    I'm doing the P90X workout right now. I'm in week 6, and have done the Yoga X workout 6 times so far. I still can't do everything in it. Especially the Crane position.

    I tweeted him to ask if he had done that workout before. Curious how it compares. I've never done yoga otherwise.
