you might end up being correct, but I think you are going under the assumption that the Knicks wont match the offer (and they may not)....
If the Knicks don't match, Houston will finally have a marketable face of the franchise. As for the newly created UFA status of Courtney Lee, I hope the Hornets throw an offer his way. He can hit the 3 and play defense.
