We better get to be Black with Gold trimming.
That looks sick.
And no ***** names. Need something with Venom (like a Hornet's Sting for instance).
I've always like New Orleans Voodoo. So much you can do with that name.
Thought it does kinda sound name when you talk about 'The Voodoo' like you would 'The Heat' for instance.

There is no name that could trump voodoo. It's everything we want in a name.

At Arena. Some BP signs are up.
Remember the talk of BP money being rolled into a LA Seafood promotion here?
Anyone else here?
Did we already discuss why it's written as ARC - angels? and not ARCH - angels...
I have been following the rebrand thread off-and-on so I don't know. Also, I'm not
saying I even like the name as a mascot (I prefer the Krewe or Brass or Pelicans)
Anyway, I though ARC referred to the length of a curved boundary (as in geometry) or a town in France (as in Joan of Arc) whereas ARCH comes from the Greek root ARKHE meaning "beginning," or "foundation."
Arc like 3pt arc, arc of a ball in flight, and arc like crescent in crescent city, while a homophone of the arch you mention.
