Question: Are "online assoc. sign and trades" allowed? For example, say it's past the trade deadline but two people still want to trade. Both people contact the commish to oversee and approve the trade. Both teams release the players they wish to trade and they sign the dropped players.

I don't like it personally IMO there's a deadline for a reason, but if the league overwhelmingly thinks it's ok; i'll approve.
Ok cool, and we should make sure we keep the teams even b/w each other. Like, we shouldn't have a lopsided league favored for one conference. We should have an even amount of East & West teams so we can play each other as much as we can before the playoffs.
How come the pre draft rankings are all jacked up?

Most likely the order chosen at random and serpentine. Meaning if you pick 1st in the 1st round, you will pick last in the next round, and so on. Serpentine drafts help even the odds amongst the playing field and the talent level of your team depends on if you really know how to draft.
Yep, but deciding the serpentine order i believe is random.
