    somewhere ol pistol is smiling!!! congrats to us, nobody said we could do it, nobody thought we would pull together and get this done. This makes me love our city that much more, this community came together to make our city better!! Now weve been rewarded!!! This is a day i will never forget!!!     Congratulations, New Orleans! You've earned it. Thanks for letting me be a part of this. It's been a thrill to watch, from the New Orleans Grizzlies days to today, the day the New Orleans Hornets were officially born. (Now hold on to that domain name.)
    The Grizzlies should have moved to Chicago! (That was always a joke -- sort of.) Go Bulls! Go New Orleans Hornets!

    Let me rephrase what I said above: "ESPN Radio reported it was 29-0." Since then I've seen a couple of reports that it was "nearly unanimous." Guess we'll still have to wait.

    I do not think the name will stay with CLT as they unveiled a "New Orleans Hornets" jersey at the press conference.

    In that case think as it as a gift from our city to yours. But like
    I said before you be surprised what George and Ray can and
    will do. Hey did any one ever tell Yall that Micheal Jordan tried to buy 1/2 of the Hornets before George sold to Ray. Is that George one intellegent man or what? Charlotte or any town would have had a new arena and sell out crowds with Jordan around. Just keep a watch out for what intellegent thing he does next!

    Did you hear that crook talking today (Shinn) saying how his team will help young kids learn how to read, attend hospitals for kids and adults, help the community in anyway possible.
