Teams are drafting big men, there is a real need for centers. These wing players, that are a dime a dozen, continue to fall.

    Hey guys.

Since Indiana really wants Magloire. What yall think about their pick and Ron Artest for him?

That deal would look REALLY nice if Granger/Green fell to them!!! 4 more picks to go and they're still on the board!

Gil and Gerry said no deals tonight. Said there could be activity later in the summer. They mentioned my name and Licht said he goes by "Harvey Hornet" at pelicansreport.com!

Hey Gerry, thanks for correcting Bob on the pronunciation of my last name!

You were right. Still, guys like Granger and Green shouldn't be falling like this. I have a hard time believing Karolev, Diogu and Vasquez will be better than Granger, a 3 yr. collegian, in the long run.

    CHA will pick Granger...

if we are sitting on our hands and not try to get Granger or green Bristow isn't doing his job!

Not with Mags anyway, but there could still be some other deals as soon as the draft is over, or it could be weeks to months down the road. It would be nice to figure out a way to get Granger at this point.

Looks like The Bobcats may end up being the kings of this draft.

I think Granger will be good, but most teams have wing players (guys they have drafted or traded for in the last 5 years). Big men on the other hand are never available, so it seems these teams are willing to risk their pick with a big man over pure talent.

We trade Mags and I promise this is our future. It will be close to impossible to replace him with someone that can play to his level. Granted, we may not have a choice since Mags could bolt . . . but we have to at least try to keep him if it's within reason.
