Kawhi played last night vs Chicago. Let us see if he actually plays a back to back tonight with a sore back. Harden and Westbrook were both out last night. They are banged up! We must win this game.

This, IMO, is the regular season game of the year. The Pelicans need a statement game badly.
The recent feast on the bottom feeders and wounded ducks has been a real 'feel good story', but our mid-March Pelicans have done nothing to solidify their playoff aspirations since the All Star break against an elite NBA team at full strength (except for the 'surreal' performance by Herb against Halliburton when we split with Indy). You have to give it to the Pelicans for beating the teams they are 'suppose' to beat, but...........................
....we also beat a wounded Knicks team without Brunson Anunoby, Randall, Robinson and Hartenstein
....we also beat a wounded 76er team without Embiid, Maxey, Covington, and Batum
....we also beat a wounded Hawk team without Young, Johnson, and Okongwu
and....
....we lost to a Miami team playing without a 20 point scorer (Terry Rozier)
....we lost to a 'meh' Bulls team playing without All Star, Zack Levine.
....we lost miserably (Wednesday night at our place) against a Cleveland Team playing without Aaron Nesmith and Doug McDermott
Make no mistake, the Pels need a marquis win, if for no other reason, than to prove to themselves that Draymond Green is wrong.

Larry Nance is awful. A Gleague player that Willie thinks is good because he has good interviews. He?s such a liability.
Quick, somebody make an overseas call to Nikola Mirotic. That is the type of player the Pelicans need to man the 5. He'd certainly stretch the floor.
They need to find it here. No reason why Z shouldn’t play the last 12 cause Kawhi and PG will.
