We're on the road tonight facing the Washington Wizards, one of the only 5 teams with a worse defensive rating than us, at 29th in the league. Their offense isn't much of anything either, ranking 19th in the league. Washington has a 6-12 record, and have dropped 3 of their last 4, two of which were at home. They've had so much drama going on behind the scenes, that it's barely even behind the scenes anymore. This should be a win. It really, really should.

Unfortunately, getting in the way of this potential win is Anthony Davis' injury status. He's listed as questionable by Pelicans PR on twitter, and that's not too surprising given Mitchell Robinson trying to personally maim 30% of our team last game. He did come back into the Knicks game, so hopefully he'll be alright to play, because if he doesn't take to the court that drastically decreases our chances of winning. As critical as people have been of AD recently (in some cases justifiably), he's still 27/13/5. Losing that is not the sort of production that you can easily replace.
We look to see an improvement to the turnovers, hopefully: we've had some great quarters with only one or two recently, but we've also had some disastrous ones where we've had 5 turnovers in 2 minutes. With any luck, we'll see a little more of the former tonight.
Moore had his worst game of the season last game, on both ends of the floor. I expect him to be a little more normal tonight, and it's not like Randle to shoot under 45% from the floor like he did last game, so hopefully he'll return to form as well. If those things happen and AD can play, I expect a solid win: the team has a lot of to prove.
So, as I said: please? A win, tonight? #DoItBig
