I could live with this plus we get what looks to be a couple moveable unguaranteed contracts.
I think the Suns were willing to use cap space for picks.
I at least like we are linked to some moves even if its just to create some excitement. Better than nothing even if nothing comes of it.
I keep seeing people argue that we have two of the best 15 players in the league. Where did the magic number 15 come from? Here's a list of the top 33 players (in the order that they came to me). Put them in order to where Cousins is the 15th best player.

So using that logic the logic of having 2+ of the top X players, Spurs are in trouble. I mean, on that list there are 11 western conference teams. If we're hoping to not get swept we need to at least get a 7th seed. In today's guard driven league with two bigs on a team that constantly underperforms and the whole has always been less than the sum of it's parts, why would we assume that without roster upgrades that we're anything better than an 8th seed by using that logic?
My point isn't doom and gloom, it's that "we have X of the top Y players" doesn't mean you're great by default, and if it doesn't, then why say it unless you're just trying to justify your hopes for the team?

Also, Anderson wore 33 in Orlando, 33 in New Orleans, but in Houston he wears 3. In Phoenix, Dudley wears 3. So Anderson can go back to wearing 33. It all makes so much sense at this point.
Yeah, I would love to think we could find a way to get Bledsoe out of the deal. However, the Knicks have Melo to offer in a deal and they would like a PG. They have targeted Bledsoe. They have much more ability to get him than us by having the asset of Melo.

I think you can't go wrong with either. I like Kawhi's demeanor and D more so I go him. KD isn't a "me" guy with attitude but Kawhi is the rare superstar like Duncan who just doesn't crave spotlight, which I like. No drama.

So do you believe the crux of my argument? You believe that just because we have two of who you feel are top 15 players, we are guaranteed a playoff spot? Because that is what I am trying to refute, not what order they're in but rather, there are lots of good players (and personally I don't know what order my list is but I doubt he's top 20 for me) especially when you see how many teams have multiple good players whose fanbases could easily say the same thing.
