It's a shame, he did all he could with the Memphis squad. It doesn't seem like there's a lot of interests for his services.

Memphis won't lose sleep over him leaving. He didn't run the defense and the offense was pathetic. Maybe he motivated them to play hard?

The Grizzlies will hire their defensive coach if Hollins is gone.

Emeka Okafor - Joe Smith - Carmelo Anthony - Manu Ginobili - Jason Williams

Al Jefferson - James Posey - Aaron McKie - Shaun Livingston

I really wish Shaw would get a head coaching job. Actually Shaw to Memphis would be pretty good.

"I don't know if people know — I dislocated my pinkie finger. And [Tyreke] told me, 'You wanna go home or you wanna be here?' I want to be here. And he said, 'All right, then go tape it up and let's play. Let's go. We not stoppin' at no stores. Straight gas. That's what we do, just keep going.'"

I think he will get one and his triangle offense would be a good fit at Memphis.

Slightly surprising but Steve Kyler has mentioned in the past that there were some issues that might not get worked out between him and the organization.

He is a strange guy. He did not get along with the bench players and let emotions control his rotations. He also supposedly hates backup point guards for some reason. He's run just about every one out of town.

Well if they are allowing him to speak to other teams, someone is interested in him. CPME?

My guess is he wants total control of the team. Good luck with that Hollins.

Doubt that's the case. He had a falling out with Management regarding the trade of Rudy Gay. Needless to say the organization picked Hollinger.

That would make him want more control of the team maybe?

Looks like the organization was right.
