I'd say about 15% of that actually provided real basketball reasons not to draft Shabazz
It showed how him lying about his age and being older than he appeared meaning he was already more physically developed compared to his opponents in high school and college. He wasn an older freshmen and he still couldn't dominate as a scorer which is all he does. He's not gonna match up against SFs in the NBA well and he's not athletic enough to be a consistent 2 in the league. Its not like he was some 18 year freshmen. He was 20 and he's almost 21 now so he should have physically dominated alot of his college opponents like he did in high school. He didn't and he doesn't do much outside of scoring. He shouldn't be a top 10 pick for sure.
Emeka Okafor - Joe Smith - Carmelo Anthony - Manu Ginobili - Jason Williams
Al Jefferson - James Posey - Aaron McKie - Shaun Livingston
While I don't want Shabazz because at our pick there will be better options available but people said similar things about Austin and it couldn't be further from the truth. Also him having Tourette's may play apart of him having antisocial tendecies. Him and Austin's rep are stupidly identical at this point at there careers.
R.I.P. to HunnyB/FlyGirl
Austin had alot less red flags and he was alot younger coming out. People knew he had a good head on his shoulders compared to Shabazz.
