Poster of the Month Awards

Well I suck..... I was suppose to do this every month and its been a good 5 since the last one, sorry guys and girls - I have been moving and starting a new job and just haven't had a lot of spare time lately.

In this time though I have come up with a new idea to vote on.

We could either,

A) Continue how things area now and have a Poster of the Month award every Month

or

B) Have Yearly awards in the below format

Rookie of the Year - Best Poster who joined in the last year
MVP - Most Valuable Poster
Coach of the Year - Best Moderator
All Posters First Team
All Posters Second Team

Doing it monthly would make it easier to gauge who should should go where and would probably make more posters post more consistently as opposed to the monthly thing.
