We dont have a defensive stud like Dwight Howard though. If AD can move to C im not opposed to the idea; i just dont think he will put on that much weight. Id prefer to find a C that can defend and score inside, and save Ryno for situations down the stretch.

Feel the same, both with an AD pick an roll Gordon is on the wing ready for open three. Works until CPU doubles Gordon

Good luck finding one of those. Marc Gasol is the only one I can think of that can do both at a high level.

I don't think we necessarily need to worry about big bruising centers, because there are so few.

Wait, wait, wait. New arena? I assume he's talking about the renovations to the NO Arena, right? Or did he mean the practice facility or does Austin know something we all don't.

Also, Rivers mentioned in that interview he is medically cleared as of today with his hand and plans on hitting the gym!

Hope he continues drilling with that left hand. I wanna see some left handed drive and finishes next season, player!

AR did great, he defended the name will and had a good argument on every topic. He is very well spoken

It was either Demps or Monty that said he has been working with it over the past 2 months. I think adding a left hand, as well as a little strength, will help him tremendously around the rim.

No problem. And hey, isn't that Austin Rivers thread at /r/nba crazy? People insulting him are getting DOWNVOTED? That's a welcome change of pace! Usually "Hurr hurr Austin Rivers sucks" is the top comment with over 100 upvotes.

I'm pretty sure he meant the renovations to the arena. Let's just hope Mike Wilbon was around to hear that we will NOT be moving out of New Orleans anytime in the foreseeable future!

I didn't know he was going to be on there, until I turned the tv on the show. I don't like when any sports reporter puts down an athletes personal life. So I don't like it when SAS does it either, however I like most of his reporting.

  21. #71
I've never heard SAS say "OK." When a point was made against his argument before. Did Rivers actually get him to concede an argument in one sentence?

  22. #72
That was a classic response!!! I just wished he'd kept going..."What's a Clipper, Kickerbocker, Nugget, Net, Laker...those names aren't intimidating either!!! Lol! Get em Austin! GEAUX Pels!!
