it's pretty clear that the 3 year plan is by the season after next to have AD put on enough weight to be the Center. Robin is just here to fill the time in between to give us a little more muscle for the time being. I think AD should play over RyNo more late in games when we have a lead, but hopefully by next season it will always just be AD at the 5 and RyNo at the 4.

Davis, Anderson,Rivers, Gordon(as a player or trade piece) and i add Aminu too, that is your core on this current team. 4 of the 5 play the same position. You need more talent, wether you trade Eric Gordon or not. The draft will give you one more guy.

You have a lot of guys that you have to find and put together to support those guys.
I don't necessarily agree because if that were the case, then the Spurs should have been to the Finals at some point the last few years. They're the deepest team in the league.

When the rotations shrink in the playoffs, your key players are getting a lot more minutes. You do definitely need more than one guy, otherwise LeBron or Dwight would have done better with their original teams and KG would have gotten to the Finals with the T-Wolves. But you don't need a roster with 10 quality players.

You just need an MVP caliber player, an all star caliber, and a third guy and you're at the very least a title contender every year.

Role players also typically play better when they play with better players.

I agree. This team simply doesn't have the talent. We can blame whoever we want to but at the end of the day the talent on the court will deliver the results. I think that a lot of people saw this as a quick fix (especially after last year where people felt like we would be a fringe playoff team this season). Those people are looking for someone to blame or some reason as to why we didnt get those results when we weren't that close to begin with. It takes time to build a contender in the NBA but once you are there, most teams typically stay on that level for a while. Rome wasn't built in a day...bring on the offseason.
