Anthony Davis will play tonight, according to Monty. Davis will come off bench
    Welcome back Davis

YES! Just what I was hoping for, 15-20 minutes backing up Anderson most likely.

I have a feeling that those "15-20 monitored minutes" will somehow find their way to 25-30, especially if he's feeling good lol

    Hopefully it's not necessary

I think Monty will be discipline and won't play him more than 20mins. 1st the Wizards are awful and 2nd he was limiting Davis mins before the injury.

Hopefully Friday we will see that same post with Eric Gordon's name.

I thought I read something about the end of the month for Gordon. Friday isn't the end of the month. And even if it was....

I get to see AD play for the first time since injury + will get to watch full game on local TV since I live in the DC metro area. I would just go to the game since the tickets are dirt cheap but....its cold, there's so much traffic going in to DC after work and well..... I'm just lazy....lol.

Man....I don't know what made me think it was in DC tonight. My bad. Well I'll still get it on local TV tho instead of having to catch a link.

I too live in the Wizards viewing area here in the 'Dena so yeah I am hyped to be able to see AD Play. Last time I got to see him was in the Philly game. Plus I hope to have a win under my belt against this team because of the Wiz fans I know.

I could be wrong, but I'm thinking the monitoring is partially based on how he feel in game and partially based on giving him enough of a test tonight to see if there is pain tomorrow. If there is pain tomorrow, then he needs more rest. So, there is some benefit to easing him back, starting or now.

It'll all be based on his feeling and a plan by the staff, I think.

I'm glad to see this all taking place within 3 weeks. If this works out, then Davis and staff did a great job of catching this and reacting.

Current team + another top 5 pick = much potential.

And I hope every hater has apologised about Lopez this season.

Has smashed any expectations of his play so far and I hope it continues.

Just imagine how his numbers would go up with better offense around him. Lopez can be a double-double guy

Yea I've been happy with Lopez so far. He's 10th in the league in BPG and 12th in the league in FG%. If he can do that for the rest of the season, maybe raise his PPG and RBG a tad, I'll be pretty happy.

I was hating on him before, but I am pretty sure I came out and said how impressed I've been with him. He's been a valuable defensive asset to this team!
