we'll have to do this all over again after a rebrand, because the charlotte history will lose its significance. but then we get to pick jazz players! (pistol pete, anyone?)

True he was a great player for the Hornets. I just did this spur of the moment and he didn't stick out in my mind.

Is David West the greatest Hornet of all-time in terms of length spent with the team and ability?

    Yah him and Dell Curry.

On a separate note.. Lost lots of respect for PJ Brown when he turned us down to play for the Celts that year in the playoffs. If he played for us we would have beaten the Spurs and had a legitimate shot at beating LA to get to the finals. Instead he spurns us for the Celts and we are stuck signing Birdman instead.

I made a mix of the best players with some good wishes/hunches (Davis, Anderson, Vasquez).

PG: Chris Paul/ Mugsy Bogues/ David Wesley/ (plus Greivis Vasques)

SG: Eddie Jones/ Bobby Phills/ Dell Curry/ (plus Baron Davis/ Kendall Gill)

SF: Glenn Rice/ Jamal Mashburn/ Peja Stojakovic/ (Scott Burrell? Eddie Robinson? Ricky Davis?)

PF: Anthony Davis/ Larry Johnson/ David West/ (plus Derrick Coleman/ Ryan Anderson/ Anthony Mason/ PJ Brown/ Kenny Gattinson)

    C: Alonzo Mourning/ Vlade Divac/ Elden Campbell/ (plus Tyson Chandler/ Jamaal Magloire/ Brad Miller)

If you have some time read this little old thread:
