Didn't Stanley Johnson just get traded for Maker? How can he be moved again with another player?

Probably could have netted a 1st tbh. Oh well

I don't know much about Johnson but love that we got some value for Niko. And I'm glad he's going to a good team. And we get two of the wizards 2nd rounders. Which should be high

Wesley Johnson and Mirotic for Markieff Morris, Stanley Johnson, Jason Smith, and FIVE second round picks

That is a great return at the deadline

Are we collecting 2nds to help with moving players, or possibly being able to get a few more 1sts?

4 second round picks for Niko = 1,000,000,000 2nd round picks for AD.
If you Jimmer it, they will come.

Windy said that the deal was never finalized by Mil. & Detroit, thus Johnson actually came to N.O. From Detroit.

I like having Stanley Johnson. He's a young wing with solid upside, and can be re-signed for cheap at free agency. All for it.

It's great, we've traded Niko and Wesley Johnson for nothing but expirings and second round picks. Added no longer term salary, and whole 2nd round picks aren't worth a ton, we've got so many they can be consolidated to move up through the second round in trades, and can also serve as sweeteners for deals we make for players
    Basketball.

I’m a fan of throwing as many players at the small forward wall until one of them sticks. If it’s Johnson, great. Tatum. Great. Zion, great.

Zion is not a small forward.

Think this is a huge win for everyone. Niko gets to go to a contender where he should thrive, Bucks only get more stacked, and Pels get some great draft capital along with a few months look at a guy who a year or so ago was thought to be one of the best young defenders in the league.

For an expiring contract and a team that has every incentive to lose? Yea, 4 second round picks are absolutely great draft capital.

Yeah, 4 second rounders aren’t “great”, but we have seen our own team buy those picks out of desperation in the past, now we can sell them.

    Good question.

Also, is Niko’s razor being included in the deal?

With us trading Niko, which I am Assuming he was not planning on re signing with us, I sure as hell hope we keep Randle! and Oakafor! Both are young and keep getting better!
