Now maybe the time to go get Wall. Payton out for another 2 more weeks at least . It will not get any better. Perfect timing to fire off this trade. Otto would work too.
PELS receive: Oubre Jr, Beal, and Satorensky.
WIZARDS receive: Niko, Moore, Hill 2019 1st round pick and 2021 top 10 protected first round pick.

Why go after Beal when Jrue clearly is better for us at the 2?
I think that might work out.
Use 3 guard lineup. Beal will be a HUGE upgrade over Moore. When Payton comes back we will have a much better team with Satoransky as a backup pg and Oubre Jr getting solid playing time at SF backing up Beal.

Beal is on a 3 year contract. He’s a big guard. Bigger than Moore and Jrue. He can create his own shot, play great defense and his shooting is excellent. We should really look into getting him.

I'd give 2 second round picks and solo for rivers. But, he can only drive for latups and dunks on offense.

Washington gets bazemore, Niko and Frank Jackson and a first and second from New Orleans
Atl gets Austin rivers and solo as well as a first and second from New Orleans and a first from Wash
Both other teams would not do that trade.

We would be getting bent over a barrel paying that price. We already have Beal in Moore, Beal cannot facilitate an offense which is what we need from any guard we trade for.
Also both are expiring giving us a lot more options this summer
Plenty of options from Washington in a trade. Looks like Cleveland having fire sale too. Anything we can get off what is left of that roster? Tristian Thompson? JR Smith for cash considerations?
It is obvious you don't understand how this works. Clev. would have to give us cash and a couple of 1st rd picks and we would still refuse either of them
