Thread: Do the Thunder suck?

    Do the Thunder suck?

Not sure whether they do or not. On paper, they should be pretty good. Westbrook is a top ten player, PG is a top 5 small forward, Steven Adams is good, Dennis Schröder is a nice sixth man, but they're starting this season off so roughly.

When they went 0-2, everyone including PG was saying to just wait until Russ came back. So tonight, Russ comes back, comes very close to a triple double (of course), and actually shoots over 50% from the field (which won't happen every game)...

And they lose to the Kings. Double digits. They're 0-3.

    Guys... Do the Thunder suck?

Yes they do. Shumpert had 26!

Time for operation get Iman Shumpert, he should be the cheapest of the lot

Some teams want it more than others. Westbrook had never struck me as a guy who was about the team. He's about his own stats.

That's not to say that the Thunder are a bad team, I think a few teams came locked in for the start of the season and more than one team rolled into the season not fully focused. That had been a problem for us in the past but I think everyone was pretty certain to not let that happen.

Too early to tell. Even the grizzlies were like 5-1 to start last season. Look where they ended up. Lol.

We aren't fully sure that our own team will sustain it's success once we have a game or two in a row where we struggle.

Until that point...yeah. Like Luckyman said. It's early. Unfortunately, OKC sucking doesn't really do much besides give one less obstacle for us to get a high seed. Not like we can feast on someone like Paul George on an expiring.

That said, the team should partake in the pleasing notion that okc just lost to a team the Pelicans were blowing out by 30.

Smoke em if you got em or somthing like that.

I mean, sure it's early but early struggles can doom a team. We started off poorly last year and it was a real struggle for us to solidify a playoff spot at the end regardless of how well we played at the end. OKC sucking for just 15 games could put the nail in the coffin for their playoff hopes in a year like this.

I am a simple man. That's enough for me.
