I see that Niko has been around the NBA for 4 years, and this is his first contract year, so would he qualify for Most Improved Player if he balled out this year, or do his limited past successes prevent him from winning the award?

It's weird because he really turned it on page last season.....so will they see that as improved last season....or all this season?
I think Payton has a better shoot since his career was on a big low for the majority of it.
