This just popped up on my phone. Wes has a 6 mil expiring contract... y'all like?

Now if only we can find a sucker... errrr team to take Solo's contract we'd be straight.

Meh. At least we did not give up anything. Johnson is not good, but neither was Ajinca. Gives us about another $1 million of expiring to use at the deadline in a trade.

Maybe Wes will finally reach his potential.
If you Jimmer it, they will come.

Should be able to at least eat up some minutes on the wing.

Ajinca's potential was handing out towels and clapping. As long as Wes can do more than that, I'm good.

Decent move. Definitely upgrades the wing. He's not the answer, but he certainly helps, and gets that Ajinca contract off our hands.

If he hasn't reached it by 31 years of age, he will never reach it.

Hoping they can sign J. Evans to a 2 way contract after being cut by the Clippers.

Wesley Johnson is functional. That’s more than anything we’d ever get form Ajinca. Crying shame though.

    But oh well.

He can actually contribute and brings depth to our weakest position. Doesn’t move the needle much, but better than Ajinca.

Apparently we can trade him right away so this may be for something else

We got an expiring wing for a guy who hasn't played a game for us in over a year, consider me satisfied.

We finally got rid of Ajinca for good?

  18. #18
Now Ajinca can expand his brand in the big market of LA.

Look forward to a new Bernie Rufflepants.

Really I low key like this. While Johnson is barely an NBA player he's another body at a spot we need at the cost of somebody that had no use on our team. No risk low reward.

At least Johnson can play some D on the 3, which will be fine in certain situations. Plus, he is expiring, and he could be added in trade package. Good trade imo

    great low key signing....

We paid 1 mil for a guy that can give us 10 mins a game more then AA. That's not a good deal, it's a great deal.
