Trade exception

Soooo...two questions...I'm curious if we are going to use this trade exception expiring tomorrow? Also do teams have a hard trying use these?

TE's mostly become not used.
As to Pels, it depends. Today Liggins and Emeka might become little more guaranteed.
Cutting any of them increases slightly a possibility of another trade (TE included)

because of the fact that Emeka was not cut and because of the number of roster spots (Pels have 12 roster spots, need a PG, and have a room for NG center and SF) - it is highly unlikely that they will use TE. Unless it is for Barea or Satoransky. And not Meeks.
