    Trade for Kemba Walker?

Could we? Would we? Should we trade to get all star Kemba Walker?

If we got him I think we’d instantly be a huge threat in the west.

We have assets. Moore, Niko, Diallo picks....

Kemba only make 12 mil and is on an expiring contract. It could be a huge risk and I don’t know how we’d sign him and Randle long term. Is that possible?

What about Moore, Diallo, Jackson, 2019 1st and 2nd for Kemba?

Imagine Kemba, Jrue, Hill, AD, Randle

Come Feb 2019, you won't have to give up that much.
Maybe they can sign him as a FA.

I would... but sounds like they really like Payton. If you watch their intro presser Dell was talking about how Payton's style really goes well with how we play. But yeah Kemba would be nice but I doubt it'll happen.

From an instagram post AD hinted that we actually may have tried to get IT.

Wasn't hinting rather outright saying it

Oh snap. But he'd rather play for his old coach in Denver, and pretty much conceding to the backup role because he's not starting in Denver... he could have probably started here.

He wasn't going to be a starter here. He's too much of a liability on the defensive end.

I think Kemba is about as good as it’s gets for a compliment next to Jrue.. Having them share the back court duties distributing the ball would be amazing.. Let Kemba do what he does and score while Jrue can take on the tougher matchup and use his 2 way ability.. Kemba would take us to another level..

It is not debatable how good is he and how well will he play in Pels uni.

Question is how many years and dollars are You comfortable to offer him?

agree, we could get away with an avg SF if we have a point guard that create and score from the perimeter.

Pass, he's a score first pg. We need a facilitator.

I would of loved to get Kemba, but now I want to see what we got in Payton. I think he will be a much better player now that he’s on a good team. To get him we would likely have to take on MKG’s 13 mil as well. He isn’t worth that, but neither is Hill lol. At least AD would probably like it since they won a title together at Kentucky.

Hornets: Moore, Diallo, Hill, Ajinca, and a 1st rounder

    Pels: Kemba & MKG

I just doubt they would make that trade cause they would be getting a decent shooting guard, a big with potential, & a late 1st for Kemba. I would think they would want something better for him than that, but maybe not. What they would need is a point guard and we don’t have any to give up. At least we got some shooters, so possibly starting MKG wouldn’t hurt too bad lol. And having Miller as his backup would be ideal.

If we were interested in Thomas, you'd we have to also have interest in Kemba too. He's better in literally every single way.

Also...we sort of have Payton. We need players. Forget what skill set. If they're really good, I don't care if they're similar to Julius Randle.

I'd say IT would've been better in about 12,000,000 ways .

I'd do this in a heartbeat. We clear salary for next year to make a splash in FA and we could resign Kemba with bird rights or facilitate a sign and trade (unless he pulls a Cousins). MKG is an upgrade over Hill but not by much so I still think we need another SF. If the team does really good maybe they can sign Randle with cap space then resign Mirotic and kemba with bird rights.

The hornets could start the French connection of Parker, Batum, and Ajinca. I'm wondering if we could get away with trading Diallo, Hill, Ajinca, okafor, and Liggins? We could send them a few million so they could save a lot of money.

If we get kemba it will be at the break and he will sign an extension. Until then, I think our roster is pretty much set.

Best bet for any team wanting Kemba is to wait until February.
