Basketball.
I am not what can be described as a Dell headhunter of the past, nor a fan. Felt like Monty deserved his last year, but understood he wasn't Dell's guy and thus Demps didn't want his wagon attached to someone that didn't have a similar vision on how to best maximize our talent pool. Having said that, my opinion of him has been positively changing commencing with the Boogie trade and also more reason Nico/Asik astonishment. Those moves alone proved to me that the average Joe (me) has no real clue as to what/how good/bad the Jrue deal was back then. Pretty certain now that Dell got it right.
