Warriors shooting poorly in general, but Klay had a 17pt second quarter which I feel mitigates it. Free throw disparity is pretty marginal thus far, 8-5 Warriors. They'd be down double digits, except there have been three blatant no-calls for us (including one where Niko almost got a tech over it), and they were gifted three FTs from a Klay Thompson brick that nobody touched him on.
So far so good.
Yes would have been good to see the Pelicans really put up some separation and demoralize them. GSW puts up points too fast. But if Solo can keep playing well in the 2nd half, I like our chances.Originally Posted by Creative

We can have AD going 5-14 .. he needs to watch his shot selection.
After Thompson picked up his 3rd foul, he was guarding Rondo. We should have gone iso and cleared out the lane and let Rondo drive on Klay. Maybe could have gotten him his 4th.
Pick and roll defense has been pathetic. Davis literally walked away from Curry as if it was Igoudala behind that 3 pt line.
Gentry had to call a timeout because they stopped moving their feet on the switches.
Davis really needs to harden up.
No wonder he prefers not to play C.
He really can't play against contact.
Aside from one long two early in the first, his shot selection has been fine. The bigger problem has been the 4 shots he's been hammered on, for which he got zero calls.
They need to not fall in love with the 3. Get back to attacking the paint with Holiday. And stop the stupid turnovers.
Really sad they only lead by 6. Warriors have to feel good about that.

AD & Rondo go to the left of the floor... everyone else went right
Rondo fed it to AD and cut towards the hoop... Klay stopped by AD and turned to double
as soon as Klay turned... AD shot it down to a wide open Rondo for the easiest 2 points he'll probably have
GSW wants to double AD every time... that same type play should be open
