This blows my mind. Did they offer you compensation? I would expect a credit in the amount required to buy back comparable seats.

If that is what really happened then I don't understand how you can let that go so easy...I don't see you telling what kind of compensation they offer you because if you opt in as you said then you had your tickets.....lady or not,there is no way my rep would have got away with that bull......but hey,,i guess you are happy with that....

Everything has been very easy imo. I opted in when they asked, and I haven't had to do anything since. I was also able to buy 4 extra tix, albeit in the upper tier, during yesterdays pre-sale. So, now along with my 4 regular tix, I have 4 more to play with, which will be offered to friends. I am 100% satisfied with the way in which this played out for STH's. Saints26, I'm confused as to your situation, but if it was trul a mistake by the rep, then you should have some recourse.
