    Sad, Atlanta likes to proclaim themselves as a great 'international' city, but turns into Montgomery when it snows. And 21 degrees is a spring day in Toronto. Plus 3/4ths of the people that live there are from Chicago and Cleveland.

    Having lived in Atlanta for three years, I can confirm that they absolutely shut down at the slightest hint of snow. Snow days ftw.
