I was looking around to see if there was any updates on Solomon Hill return time. I found an article from back in December saying he is working to come back by the end of the season. Has anyone seen a more recent update? I was hoping he would be back after the All-Star break. He would bring some good depth and defense to the team.
Every time we get closer to his return, it gets pushed back. Like Frank Jackson. I imagine if we make any moves before trade deadline, Johnson will be gone.
Back to Hill, is he really the defender everyone says he is? I just remember him “sucking” on offense. Since most people only grade players on offense, he was getting an F from me. Lol. I’m excited to have him back WHENEVER that may be.

I honestly think we do not need his offense that much. I would rather his defense against small forwards late in games if that is all we get this year then I am happy. It will come in handy during the playoffs if we make it which I hope we do.
MM is saying that he will start training with the team in 7 to 10 days. Looking at a Feb 5 for his game back, but they won't rush him. They'd like to play him before the all star break.

Frank Jackson was end of December / Beginning January. But we haven't gotten an update on him other than a few weeks ago. Not sure what his story is. Probably taking their time since we don't need him in the rotation and he broke the same bone rushing back.
it would be pretty neat if SOLO was back for mardi gras....
I saw one of Solomon's relatives respond to a comment on the Pels Facebook today. They said they don't know. No help there.
