Trade ideas to keep this season alive

    http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=ycz593go

Hill and Moore plus unprotected 2018 first round pick.

Orlando sends us starting SF Fournier.

They have a losing season and will tank. Moore is a very solid player with good contract plus we give them the pick and Hill. I️ think they’d find this appealing but would probably want more from us.

If we could get level of a player I️ see us being a playoff team. Add Fournier and find a big like bogut or try Asik again.

We have to resign boogie and we will. He’s so dominant I️ think he will still be worth it even if isn’t as good

Only plus of this trade is that it clears dollars in Pels books.

    And that is all.
Fournier is SF in Moore type. So he is not a SF.
And we are giving up combo forward and unprotected pick.

Asik. Moore and 1st. We can debate.

Asik, Ajinca, Nelson our 2018 pick and our future 2020 first rounder for Walker and Kaminsky.

Sign Greg Monroe when he gets bought out with the extra roster spot.

Hornets giving up too much IMO.

Dedmon. Belinelli. Babbitt. Hawks 2019 2nd
    For
    Asik. Nelson.Diallo. 2018 top-5 protected

We have terrible big man depth and one does down, and everyone wants more guards

    MAKES SENSE

Dedmon might be best not buyout option available.
Also he is sooo much upgrade over Asik.
Second rounder might be used to dump Ajinca with cash in July.

    Diallo is a sweetener

If we could get Dedmon, I'd appreciate it. Still in favour of Lopez, if he's gettable, and I'd be willing to sacrifice the 1st for it unless the 1st is the key to getting a next level wing.
    Basketball.

Is Bogut still a free agent, and do we have the space/exceptions to sign? I'd rather go with that instead of hastily making a trade we'll probably regret in the long run.

I can’t wait to see Asik get a double double next game!!!

    P.S. I am being sarcastic

There was a small chance it winning it with Boogie, we can replace him and there is just no chance without him. So it is foolish to make any trades just to salvage this season.

In one moment we suddenly became one of the teams just playing for fun and setting up for next season.
    Good positive energy.

    But also, yo mama's fat.

I'd get Bogut. Wouldn't have to give up any assets. Decent enough stop gap for now even though he's barely a rich man's Asik at this point lol

I like Favors and Hood. Favors could be in the starting lineup and Hood would one of the top bench guys. Hill would be the first switch at the 4 taking Dante’s place. I think it’s time to move Miller to the starting lineup.

Not a fan of Lopez or Bogut because they won’t help in the playoffs.

    Rondo
    Jrue
    Miller
    Davis
    Favors

    Bench
    Jackson/Nelson
    Moore
    Hood
    Hill
****. Would love to see if we could get Noel on the cheap

Why wouldn't Lopez help in the playoffs?

    This.

Like buzzards circling overhead, I imagine every GM has already called looking to trade our 1st for a marginal fill in for Boogie or see if we want to trade away AD now. We add Bogut, keep building around AD and Boogie and hopefully get some playoff experience for AD and whoever is left. I hope Dell and company don't panic the farm away for a short term fix that might not even work.

    Man, I am still down.

Trade Asik, Jackson, and 2018 first to the Suns for Tyson Chandler.

Chandler is very effective especially defensively. He will be a nice plug for Cousins and will be signed thru next season and can be a quality backup assuming Cousins is back.

Who said anything about two firsts? Jackson is a second round pick who hasn't even played and probably won't see the court this season and we have to give up something to move Asik's deal since he's a 10 million dollar waste of space.

Jackson was 31, pretty much a 1st and touted as one if not injured. Asik is off the books relatively soon and if we re-sign Boogie there's no rush.

AD is here for another 3 years and Jrue 4. and Darius 1

Maybe Demps can try Asik and Jackson instead of adding the 2018 first. I would do that trade for sure.
