This tweet isn't the more comforting, sounds like it's hard for them to see the exact area so while they feel there's no structural damage they arent 100% positive yet.
Edit:
Kushner clarified that initial mri was done in Portland, showed no damage, they did a 2nd test in Nola and then spent last night confirming that result. The caution was in regards to how fast they bring him back.
