The advantage we have is that they also have no one who can guard Boogie or AD. Zaza isn't good enough, Durant isn't good enough, Draymond has a lot of the skill but he's too small for both of them, and obviously their rookie has promise but putting him in that kind of situation is basically telling him you hate him.

Let's hope Boogie brings his Phx mindset to GSW where he doesn't try to force it every possession

If they play the same way as the last 7 quarters we will have a shot.

first game we played GS good but klay was the one that went off on us for the comeback....we didnt have rondo and nelson to control the team.....miller was not hot.....and our 2 bench players who scored double figures and also hot from the 3pt line was clark and grits....one gone and one dont play......we need our 30 bench points again.....KD not playing so curry will take all of the shots and we hold everyone else down then we blow them out like we did the suns last night.....

    pelicans -120....GS-102.....book it.....

I have full confidence in ourselves. If Durant is out, and we play the way we have for the last 7 quarters, I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that would can hand the warriors an L and move to 12-8 on the season.

D Miller is the Pelicans answer to Klay Thompson. Remember I told you guys D Miller will open up his game big time come very soon. Now that Asik is providing some quality minutes on the floor it helps AD n DC get some rest.
Keep your eye on D Miller !

Seriously though, it appears Gentry likes Miller's scoring off of the bench but at what point are you forced to put him in with the starters? We have been notoriously slow starters so far. I have to think we would give Miller a shot to start. Although, he has been en fuego with Boogie on the second unit.

Last nights Warriors Bulls game showed just how unimportant Draymond Green really is to that system.
If you Jimmer it, they will come.

I was watching that game and the warriors announcers called Draymond the most indispensable Warrior

There was a chance anyway. They had all hands on deck the first time we played them, back before Rondo was healthy and before we had built chemistry, and they still only won 128-120, and it was within 5 in the last three minutes. With Durant out, we don't just have a chance, I'm expecting a win.

Am I wrong for feeling a little optimistic about this game tonight?

Not at all. We're playing well, they're missing one of their superstars, and we had a good showing already this season against them. Plenty of reason for positivity

The Warriors announce that Kevin Durant (left ankle sprain) is out for tonight's game vs. New Orleans. Warriors swingman Andre Iguodala (sore left knee) is probable.

Good start so far, if we get Jrue going early to run for the first half at least, it'll save Boogie and the Brow a little for the second half.
