Pelicans vs. Raptors blacked out...in New Jersey

So I just called Optimum because the game is "blacked out" because of it being local, yet I live in New Jersey. The lady tried to fix it, but there's nothing they could do. YET, on the stats/scores channel on League Pass there's small boxes showing the games going on now including the Pelicans vs. Raptors. WUT?

Unless I have a Canadian channel we don't know about, it's weird.

Now the Raptors broadcast is playing, not the Pelicans'. I'll take it. I like one of their commentators.
