    Why in gods name does he need to sell weed? Dude is making millions of dollars, and he's selling weed? Makes no sense.

    think about the rule.....if you have a lot of weed on you then you get the intent to distribute charged added automatically...he wasnt selling any weed....

    Why are there still laws against weed in LA? I swear courts find any way to turn a profit these days.

    Not only that, its a "felony". So he'll be called a "felon", and good bye voting rights, gun rights.

    Apparently not effective until 2018.
