There's always Quinn Cook and that French player whose name escapes me. Also, Diallo.

French player? Did I somehow miss a player associated with this team? That's rare for me.

I suppose Cook and Diallo are ones to watch too. To be fair I already feel pretty good about Diallo. But, Diallo and Cook are last year's crush.

    Yeah. Axel Toupane.

Athletic, potential 3 and D guy.

Man, I hope that Demps scoops up all the other picks MM mentioned in his article and puts them on the summer league team. They should get plenty of burn considering we have almost no picks to put there (except Diallo).

Also, that's how octopi talk. They squibber. Yes, it's a word. Shut up.

I was digging for footage of this kid (before I saw your post) and I came across this same video. How in THE hell did this kid not get drafted? I can see him making the roster, and with him and Jordan Crawford out there we'll have a couple guys that can stretch the floor and give AD and Boogie room to do what they do.

Its because he is old. The NBA is all about young and promising. Its crazy too because the kid looks real.
If you Jimmer it, they will come.

He's also not a plus athlete. He barely dunks the ball and had like a 31 inch max vert.

But he tested very well in terms of quickness, so I think it all balances out. And his jumper is very quick, so he doesn't need much space to get a shot off. I hope he becomes something considerable. But who knows?

Old? He is 23. I guess that is old in the NBA.

Shooters will always have a place in the NBA even if the player bounces around the league (think Anthony Morrow). He'll keep a job.

well... since like 11 of the first 14 or 16 draft picks were 1-and-dones and right at 19 yrs old

    I guess.. maybe

23 isn't old (hell, I am 35), but in terms of NBA draft prospects, the average age of yesterdays 1st round picks was 19.76, the avg. age of yesterdays draft picks was 20.48. So yes, 23 is certainly a factor in the draft picks as everyone is looking for potential.

If he requires the development those 19 year olds will require then he is old and behind. But something tells me he is at least ahead on maturity, but then again he did have some issues with driving (car).
