No, that just means Phil is on thin ice. You might be able to talk New York into A.D. for Porzingis, straight up. But even that would be dicey as Porzingis is still blessed with that infinite "potential" tag that will have fools (which definitely includes James Dolan) dreaming of him as the GOAT.
