When 7 of the last 8 teams you beat are Orlando, Brooklyn, Knicks x2, Mavs, Miami, and Philly... Nothing is a win streak.
I mean, we beat these absolutely horrible teams, and people think we can make the playoffs, but to what end? I don't get it. Just lose this season, get a superstar in the draft, and try for the playoffs NEXT year.
I feel you. I completely agree. Like literally thats how I played it in 2k. But my biggest fear is that with the pieces we have especially AD we arent going to be bad enough to get a high a draft pick that will give us a shot at landing a franchise changing player. I honestly think our best hope is AD developing well enough that he actually actracts some free agents down here.Originally Posted by nolaslim213

These guys are paid professionals. They're not about to lose on purpose as long as Davis is healthy and leading the way. He said he wants to go to the playoffs THIS YEAR and as the face of the franchise, the management and coaches should see to it that he gets there.

Team is looking good against bad teams, but I dont know if we can take another tank season as a fan base. We got our two top 10 draft picks in AD and Buddy, you shouldn't be in the lottery with an AD and a top 6 draft pick.
jones is a very theatrical kind of guy on the court.
The Nets broadcasters are so excited for both teams. They have absolutely no bias towards the Nets Lol
I agree. As bad as I want another potential star in this year's draft, we can't afford another terrible season. We don't have a strong fan base like the Sixers or Knicks to withstand another tanking season.
Solo's handle isn't great but he can force his way to the rim if he gets a good first step.
