Guys are stepping up, playing their roles, not trying to do too much. This is more of the team that we all hoped for. And we'll see how much better we get once Jrue gets more chemistry with the guys, Reke comes back, and QPon gives us minutes.Originally Posted by Eman5805

This team has found something ...And we need to give Gentry and Pack credit. Gentry has made this team competitive after it looked bleak and Pack has done a great job with our guards.
Difference right now is the guard play . It's been incredible

Jrue had an impact due to them winning. These guys now see that they can win. And have confidence. Jrue caused that.
He hasn't played too well tonight and Frazier has been great in the 3rd.

With Reke comes back he needs to play within the team concept .. just like Jrue has .
Been saying it. This team is much better then the record says. We are 1 stud away from being serious contenders. IMO Dell has built a damn good team but is having the same issue all small market teams with little prestige have in getting a star. If we can continue to play well with AD playing like the best player in the NBA along with Hield turning into a very solid starter then we will get a sit down at the table with someone like Westbrook.
AD is avg about 1.32 pts a min he has played, so at this rate he can go on and score another 21 points before the end of the game....and he just might.

Oh, I don't think we win the last 3 games without Jrue, which has given this team confidence for sure. I'm just saying that this entire 3rd quarter run has been without having to lean on Jrue, which is better IMO. I'd rather see other guys step up than have Jrue carry the squad with AD.
