What could we give up for him? I'm not getting rid of Buddy.

I'm not saying he would be a great signing, but unfortunately it cannot be said that he wouldn't be better than any of our other front-court options

Part of me is like no, but most of me is like yeah.

But then, he's just a player I've always liked. So it's less about fit and more about fandom.

I concur. I'm a 'fan' of high-energy guys that dunk the ball

Depends on what they're asking. If they just want to unload him, sure, we could definitely use some frontcourt depth. But he's not worth parting with anything bordering on a significant asset.

    Don't insult me.

I play all kinds of video games.

I thought he and AD looked great playing next to each other on the national team, but he is the opposite of what our vision as a team is right now. He is the antithesis of versatility and spacing.

The best "affordable" big to play with AD right now would be Steven Adams. That's guy can handle the physical game inside and enter in some player's mind + he defend + he can finish over the basket (what we desperately miss) + he has got a amazing soft touch around the rim.
He is in his last year of his contract now and i would give a lot to buy his bird rights. If we could organize a trade around Jrue for Adams and Rubio for exemple I would do it in a heartbeat knowing we probably won't make the playoffs and we should be able to have a good pick and farm a young PG
