I think he's referring to some commenter below the article using despair or just lack of tact to take the time to further dismantle hope. You know. AD is partially responsible for his injuries because when he drives to the basket, he moves his legs. He should obviously be walking to the basket using shallow strides. He's too awkward. Too unbalanced. Too clumsy to do anything other than stand near the rim and try to tip the ball in.

A shame. He'll probably trip over his own feet then and break his neck.

No. Besides that has backfired for Philly.

    Don't blame Demps either.

Wow....all the negativity lol. AD stayed in the game after rolling his ankle. This is just a speed bump.

Well here is how majority are looking at it

    http://www.nola.com/pelicans/index.s..._right_an.html

Throughout training camp and into the preseason, the Pelicans monitored Davis' workload so he could avoid any possible injury setbacks before the season opener. With Davis missing any extended time, it could severely hurt the Pelicans' chances of trying to start the season off successful unlike last season when they lost 11 of their first 12 games.

He will be fine, maybe Diallo can get some preseason minutes in. AD will be ready when the games start counting.

Don't act like there's a finite number of injuries AD can sustain per year

Good to hear about the rookie looking good.

opening day is in 2 weeks.. They say his out for around 2 weeks.. He will be back, AD is known to come back from injuries earlier than expected

Like I've been saying for years. The guys is just soft. He'll never be a #1 player on a team. A rich man's complimentary piece at best. Would trade him for Westbrook in aheartbeat.

Yes, let's dismiss all comments on a dedicated Pelican's blog as inferior to everyone's comments here

    That's not elitist at all

Didn't say that at all. Just that I would rather him sit the rest of preseason at this point regardless, we know what he brings.

A doctor told me today best case scenario 14 days (2 weeks), Worst case scenario 30 days(4 weeks).

First week of Regular season games for Pels

    Nuggets

    Warriors

    @Spurs

    Get well soon A.D.

Till then you will get the standard "Loomis/Payton's Law" on his injury status.

    "It is day to day!"

I mean with curry it was always ankle problems, with AD it's everything shoulders, ankles, hands, ect.

    Time to Tim Duncan AD.

Just hang around the gym during the offseason/pre-season, or don't, who cares, just try and be on time for the first game.

Though I am thinking of sending a care package:

Those comments and the ones here are all equal. If he is only to miss 10 to 15 days, he misses 2 regular season games max to start.

But I guess it's elitist to not jump off a bridge.
