Problem with QO is it uses cap space or at least until they sign. You can't offer max if they are the books for say Batum. I would give Ennis a QO but if Frazier gets signed somewhere I'd just sign Drew for min with exception along with another min guy like minnix or whatever his name is.

You still have holds on empty roster spots anyway. The difference between offering a QO is negligible.

I just noticed the offered Frazier. This makes too much sense not to. Now even if we don't offer Ennis we can use the whole RLE on him if need be.
