PEOPLE! please understand this GSW team has put in one of the GREATEST REGULAR SEASON POINT DIFF EVER! GREAT offensively and defensively. 6 of those 8 teams with their point diff won the whole thing. It would be 7 for 7 if 2 of those teams didnt play against each other in the title game. This is all gravy from here on folks.

Well yeah, but so should of his first series against the Lakers.

From a business perspective though, if he gets blown out(which I think is premature to conclude after our first game from a young team) how much stock do you put into him learning from this and becoming a championship caliber coach as a result? How much does he learn and how much does that translate to a better coaching product?

Clearly ownership has some serious reservations or else why even make the ultimatums? So to me that argument may not be much of a shield for Monty in the face of a blow out series.

Awful defense by Davis. Watching Curry make a layup
Dell Demps PLEASE get us some scorers!

We aren't supposed to be perfect but we don't have a single decent individual performance from anyone except Norris Cole.

Think about that for a second. We didn't have 1 player have a good game.

So far I am mixed on his strategy. The real test will be how he adjusts for the next game and then going home.

I think today is probably a sacrifice game. Davis said he didn't sleep, Evans is out, no one is on the same page. We need to get this one out of the way so everyone can sit back and say they got the nerves out of the way.
yeah this is the first game and GS is hot and we are glad to be here today.......next game we better have a better game plan....and someone needs to man up and knock curry on his azz.......take the tech.

Throw a rock into a pack of hounds and only the one that is hit will howl.

Why so defensive, Defensive? I can't even watch the game. So I'm giving vague responses based on nothing.

Hearing Van Gundy saying we need to start by taking away the layup next game seems like wishful thinking. We havent been able to do that all year.

  15. #315
Lol...DAVIS is just all out of sync out there.

You do realize they are a much better team, right? But this is just one game... We will still win 2...

Dante has played with so much energy! even though we are getting killed (which I expected, as most of us should have), he is working his butt off. also that shot from Q-Pon!!!

Great way to end the last minute of the quarter.
    Polar opposite of last quarter.

Exactly! Remember the 1993-94 Orlando Magic team with Shaq and Penny? They got embarrassed in their first playoff series and proceeded to make the NBA Finals the following season.

QPon 3333333 from half court lol

4th quarter plan: **** it and shoot nothing but 3s....

Green is stripping AD everytime he puts the ball on the floor. AD needs to learn from that and keep the ball high. He has the height advantage over Green and every time he puts the ball down low he is playing right into Green's hands.

Green is annoying, but he is a very smart basketball player. He is reading AD and anticipating his moves.
