The only way we keep the pick is if we lose, and then win the lottery. Anything else gives it to Houston.
We win, the Rockets get our pick and it will be 18th
We lose, and there is a 98.2% chance the Rockets get our pick and it is 14th
A .5% chance we win the lotto. A .6% chance we get the 2nd pick, and a .7% chance we get the 3rd pick.

I've never heard that saying before. Where does this, "So you're saying there's a chance" phrase come from? And why haven't I heard that a million times before? It's clever.
