It's March 6th and for once in a long time, we are actually in the postseason conversation. Didn't want to talk about another random player being waived, a current Pelican not playing to his expectations, our terrible luck with injuries, or Monty's coaching style. Etc, etc, and etc. Just wanted to take a moment to thank our current group of guys for giving me a sense of playoff hope! Its been a weird season for sure. Obviously most people (including myself) were thinking playoffs or bust, but not this way. Didn't think Rivers and Salmons would both be busts. Also didn't think Dell would be able to pick up 3 guys (Dante, Q-Pon, and Cole) to come in on smaller contracts and actually make a big difference.
SO THANK YOU! Glad to see AD back. Hopefully we get another W at home tonight. Maybe we even get Ryno and Jrue back in a couple weeks. Either way, I think its obvious the franchise as whole is trending up and that's all I'm asking for personally.
