why does the team lack so much off ball movement?

I'm watching the warriors game now and every one on their team is constantly moving without the ball. Meanwhile with us if you don't have the ball they just stand still until a shot is made or miss. This also goes for their ball movement period. Is this more with the players or offensive game plan?

Because the Pelicans roster is constructed for the dribble drive and PnR. But because of the teams slow pace they don't take advantage of it.
