Gotta love it! It's all Monty's fault but what about last night? You people come out the wood work the second you have the chance. Must hate when we win a game cause you can't blame it all on Monty. If this is all Monty's fault then Coach Pop has done a terrible job also with his teams performance in the 1st half. Not like the Spurs have made us look terrible and are killing us. We are simply missing shots and not having a good 1st half. It's called basketball and these things happen. A reason they have 4 quarters.
The spurs are giving us a lesson in playoff basketball. This is what you can expect if we would be so fortunate to get in. The guys need to man up, they look like boys out there.
This is just some horrible horrible basketball. Spurs smothering us in defense, and we aren't doing anything on offense. give the ball to ryno with 3 seconds left is not an offensive plan. I also don't see how we have a line up of rivers/reek/babbitt/Ryno/asik
on the floor, why not just ask some crowd members to come and play our defense ugghhh.
Also, if they insist on doubling AD, Jimmer and Babbitt need a lot more burn on the court.

I'm interested in seeing what adjustments are made at half. I'm all on board for reaming Monty if AD gets outshot by our top 3 WHILE they are all missing this horribly.
I'm not one to think AD has to get the most shots every game but he damn well better get more than what Reke, Jrue, and Ryno take in ONE HALF.

I was right here on this board last night ..giving Monty credit . Go check the game thread. I'm not a Monty fan , but I'm also fair. I give Monty credit when it's due and smash him when I believe the team is under performing or he is not doing a good . This team has been incredibly inconsistent all year that points to coaching. Is the game winnable ? Yes , but the fact remains this wasn't ready to play tonight,

Pop and team showing their research. Double team our two highest percentage shooters constantly, crowd the paint, let the rest of the pelicans shoot themselves either out of the game, or into the spurs defensive plan adjustments.
