You can play smart physical basketball. You simply can't let Duncan set up in the post virtually uncontested simply because you are scared of the refs calling fouls. That's not how you play basketball on this level. Get physical, beat your man to the spot, man up and defend. Duncan scored 5 easy buckets below the free throw line simply because we were playing soft . Thing that gets me most is how he always seems to be drifting away from the basket and his legs are always splayed out. Never really looks on balance. Forget that elbow sticking way out. His whole form is carked up.
