Austin really needs to step up this game. He had his couple chances to fill Gordon's role in the starting lineup and blew it. Now here's a chance to redeem himself. Jimmer needs to come to play tonight, too. Maybe he'll finally make a three.
Starting lineup should be Jrue, Rivers, Ryno, AD, Asik but it will be Jrue, Rivers, Babbitt, AD, Asik.

Keys to the game:
1) Guard the 3 because the Rockets chuck up the most in the NBA
2) Keep Harden off the line
3) With the Pelicans missing Tyreke and Gordon, need to replace that offense so start Ryno
4) Attempt at least 22 3's
They still have to be tired from yesterday. I don't mean this to be disrespectful of Reke, but we could sure use those 6 fouls. As well as his skills obviously. This could be a long game.
Prediction: Rockets get off to early double digit lead. Rockets attempt 34 3's, Pelicans attempt 20 3's.
Rockets lead entire game, win 102-92.
Will be a short game. Will be quick and painless. Over in the first five minutes.

If rivers, dante and ryno can keep their scoring at this level, that will really help strengthen the resolve with our bench and keep this team in the mix.
Anyone know how serious Tyreke's knee injury is?
Will he play on Saturday night against Portland?
he was listed as 'day-to-day'

Addition by subtraction last night in the win. Team defended much better with Rivers in the lineup and Jrue and Brow got more touches without Reke.

Don't think that would be the rule throughout the season. We just played fantastic last night.

Exactly. You have to take everything into account. Houston was coming off a back to back that went into overtime in Denver. That was an awesome win last night and I'm super happy about it. But let's not act like that was the normal experience.
